How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to the Professional tier features for 14 days. You can add up to 5 vehicles and test live telemetry. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to an annual plan at any point from your billing dashboard. The unused portion of your monthly payment will be automatically prorated.
What happens if we cross 100 vehicles?
Once your fleet exceeds 99 vehicles, you will be automatically prompted to contact our sales team to transition to our Enterprise tier, unlocking bulk discounts and custom SLA support.
Does the price include hardware?
No, this pricing is exclusively for the software platform (Carigar OS). You can integrate with your existing GPS hardware or purchase approved CAN bus nodes directly from our hardware partners.
Is GST included in the INR pricing?
All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Indian entities will have an 18% GST (CGST/SGST/IGST as applicable) appended to their final automated invoice.
How secure is my telemetry data?
We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption. Enterprise clients can additionally request isolated tenant databases and custom AWS S3 bucket backups for compliance mandates.
